Symptoms

When attempting to run an extract, the following error occurs and the extract fails to complete:

ORA-20001: Formula <EXTRACT_RULE_NAME_EXTRACT_RULE>, line NN, too many loop iterations performed. Details: Too many loop iterations were performed during formula execution. The cause is a badly specified loop termination condition, or the lack of an EXIT statement.
