Symptoms


Price Change events created and approved in Retail Pricing Cloud Service missing in SIOCS.


Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a Price Change in PCS for an Item across multiple locations.
2. Approve the PC
3. Record is added to RPM_ICL_PRICE_EVENT_PAYLOAD table with ICL_CONSUMER = SIOCS
4. The item prices do not get into SIOCS
