Symptoms

OML Notebooks and Connection Group unresponsive.

When a user is logged into OML and tries to open a notebook, it will never open and only a spinning wheel is visible.
When trying to log into OML as the Admin to restart the Connection Group, after selecting "Connection Group" from the OML menu, it will not fully open and only a spinning wheel is visible.
