Goal
On : 11.13.23.01.0 version, Global Human Resources
JOURNEYS - Enterprise Onboarding Checklist email is not being sent to Pending Worker.
Pending Worker is receiving other emails such as the Password Reset Confirmation Email and the issue seem to be with BIP Based notifications.
Below are the setups that were already in place -
1.Profile Option - ORA_PER_CHECKLIST_NOTIFY_HOME_EMAIL was set to "Y"
2.Notification Mode from BPM Administration was set to "All"
3.Customer was using BIP Based notifications for the Onboarding Journeys
4.BPM Task - AllocatedHumantask and AllocatedChecklistTaskFYI were verified as per KM Note - Checklist - Enterprise Onboarding Emails - How to control the email notifications? (Doc ID 2521929.1)
