Regarding 23B new feature : https://www.oracle.com/webfolder/technetwork/tutorials/tutorial/cloud/r13/wn/payroll/releases/23B/23B-payroll-wn.htm#F27449

Person or Location attributes are not available in all seeded flows as mentioned by Oracle. Please provide a list of all flows which have this new feature.

As per Oracle, for all seeded flows, this quick search functionality is automatically enabled for the person and location parameters on the Flow Submission page.
For user-defined flows, use the Run Feature Upgrade flow at the enterprise level to enable this functionality for the person and location parameters.
Select “Flow Parameters for lazy load” in the Feature field of the flow.
When we checked in the patch applied environment, the option itself was not present.

Why is the Flow Parameters for lazy load not seen on 23B pod?
