On : 11.13.22.10.0 version, Authoring

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When the contract is submitted for approval, user do not see any approval history and the contract is not sent to any approvers.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
After the contract is submitted for approval the client should be able to approve it.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Submit contract for approval
2. Review the workflow
3. No approval history visible
