[OSF] Static File Not Showing On Base Url (Doc ID 2948245.1)

Goal

We'd upload a new thirdPartyFile to our new OSF site domain, but differently than it worked on classic, our file is placed on <BASE_URL>/file/thirdparty/webpush-service-worker.js

and on classic, it was directly on the site base url, like: <BASE_URL>/webpush-service-worker.js

Is there a way to enable that on OSF as well, because we've files that need to be placed on the site base/root url, to worked the same as they had on the classic.
