Preview Data is Running Automatically When Changing Filters in Dataset in Oracle Analytics (Doc ID 2948365.1)

Symptoms

When changing or removing filters in the datasets in 'Enter Logical SQL' UI mode, The Preview Data runs automatically.

This behaviour is not seen in the 'Select Columns' UI where Preview Data needs to be run manually during changes. This is causing a performance overhead with complex large datasets.

Changes

Upgrade of OAC to March 2023 version.
