Goal
How to hide the DOB "Date of Birth" and "National ID" fields in the "Primary Point of Contact" screen when creating a SR? For example:
- Help Desk/HR Service Requests /click on "Create Service Request"
- Click on the down arrow, next to the "Primary Point of Contact" field, and click on search
- Search for a person
- The "Date of Birth" and "National ID" fields are displayed
