Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
A user is experiencing unusual behavior on several pages in Workspace, Accounts landing page, Contacts and opportunities etc.
For example some functions are greyed out, the user cannot clear filters etc and gets an error 'ADF_FACES-60096:Server Exception during PPR, #19'

java.io.IOException: javax.el.PropertyNotFoundException: The class 'oracle.apps.crmCommon.elasticSearch.publicModel.query.ResultRow' does not have the property 'bindings'.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Workspace, try to select filter or clear filter and search for records.
2. ADF error occurs
