Email Attachments Have Incorrect File Extension such as .xlsx_ when Multibytes used (Doc ID 2948647.1)

Attachements of the agent has single extra space after .xlsx, which turns the file extension to .xslx_ in Google Gmail.

The issue occurs when the name of analysis is multi-bytes like the below:
