Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Employee has earnings but Employee Social Insurance deduction is zero with arrear.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Employee Social Insurance should get deducted from the employee's earning. The deduction should not go into arrear.
STEPS
-----------------------
- My Client Groups -> Quick Actions -> Show More-> Calculate QuickPay
- Search and select employee.
- Process Quick Pay.
- Employee has earning and net pay but employee social insurance deduction is zero. Employee Social Insurance has arrears.
