Current Principle Investigator Is Not Receiving Notifications For Invoice Approval (Doc ID 2948890.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.13.23.01.0 version, Award Billing/Costing

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Current Principle Investigator is not receiving notifications for invoice approval.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Notification for award Invoice to go to the new current Principal Investigator.


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. When we have multiple Principal Investigator (PI)s assigned to a project award we do not see the most current PI getting the notifications during Invoicing. The notifications are going to the past PI - that has been end dated.

2. Award A-NR was invoiced and set for Approval - Expected to see the invoice notification to go to the new Principal Investigator (PI) notifications bell.

3. Failed to send notification to the new PI - IT went to the former PI bell, which was end dated.
