ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

The credit limit is not being picked correctly for imported customers
Error Message: AR_CC_I_CUSTNAME_NULL
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The Credit Limit should be returned by the webservice correctly.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run the webservice by providing Customer Name
2. The credit limit should returned
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot validate the customer credit limit using webservice.
