Full Scale Value On MC Is Displaying With ',' Which Is Not Expected By Client. (Doc ID 2949089.1)

Goal

On Measuring component, Full Scale value is showing with ','. For example, if the full scale value is 99999 then it display on UI as '99,999' which is not as expected by client. client has concern with comma ',' when crew/user will try to update the value on MC which is not currently practiced by client in their current system.
