Attachments Are Not Publishing To Their Publish Path (Doc ID 2949217.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

Business Process (BP) records that do include the uuu_dm_publish_path data element on their upper form have stopped publishing to Document Manager.  When pointing to the spinning icon next to the document in the attachment tab, the pop up message shows "publishing in Document Manager".

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------

Attachments should publish to Document Manager based off of the value in uuu_dm_publish_path.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log in to Unifier
  2. Navigate to Shell > Appropriate BP
  3. Open problem record, click on Attachment tab
  4. Notice the attachments, pub number and location columns are blank
  5. Also notice the spinner icon popup message shows "Publishing in Document Manager"
