Goal
BDI jobs results in errors.
Step to recreate error:
1. Log into POM (e.g. https://<oracle cloud host>/<customer>/POMJetUI/
2. Navigate to AMS Utilities -> Manual Job Run.
3. Submit BDI job with below options -
Schedule = MERCH
Cycle = Hourly_Cycle_4
Job = BDI_PRICING_PC_TX_CYCLE_JOB
4. In Batch Monitoring, the job errors.
