PO amount is not reflected in Manage Committed cost page even after running the Update Project Performance Data (UPPD) process.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Project ->Cost
2. Import Commitments
3. Navigate to Manage Committed Cost Page
