Proposed Grade Step not defaulting New Base Salary and Compensation Amount in Compensation worksheet

User is trying to default the salary details "Compensation Amount - Component 1" based on the grade selected. The "Proposed Grade Step" column has been enabled on the worksheet and user can see the list of grades in the drop down. However, the "Compensation Amount - Component 1" is not getting defaulted once the grade was selected.

Grade Ladder setup met the conditions as listed in the documentation: https://www.oracle.com/webfolder/technetwork/tutorials/tutorial/cloud/r13/wn/compensation/releases/22D/22D-compensation-wn.htm#F24793
