Symptoms

EPSU patching failed with patchmgr showing the following error

uiioabcd-xyzl1: [INFO ] CRS Yes
2023-05-16 20:13:37 +0000 :ERROR : Stack Status on uiioabcd-xyzl1 after the patchmgr run.

 +imageinfo shows status marked as SUCCESS for the new image.

+ dbnodeupdate.log shows post update completed successfully, but CRS was not started as the stack was noted to be down from the status file: /opt/oracle.SupportTools/dbnu_stack_status_before_update
