SIOCS Maintains Status Q For Items With Status A In MFCS

Symptoms
When an ItemLocCre message is published from MFCS after processing a StockCount Export results file from SIOCS for an item that was auto-ranged with status Q during the Stock count authorization process, SIOCS does not update the Item status to A from Q.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Item A is not ranged to Location X in MFCS or SIOCS
2. U&A Stock Count is completed with item included in thirdparty file
3. Auto ranging ranges the item to Loc X with status Q
4. Stock count results file sent to MFCS
5. MFCS processes file and ranges item to loc X and publishes ItemLocCre message
6. SIOCS marks the messages as Processed but Status remain Q while Item status is A in MFCS.
