User cannot modify a PaymentGroup once the State is set to "AUTHORIZE_FAILED" In OCC. (Doc ID 2949909.1)

Symptoms

ISSUE STATEMENT

Users cannot delete the payment group if the state is set to AUTHORIZE_FAILED in OCC. Once the Customer encounters the following error, the payment group cannot be deleted. 


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. log in to the site and add an item to the cart.
2. Proceed to checkout and proceed to submission of the order.
3. During the order submission, if the above error is encountered, then try to delete the paymentGroup associated with the Order.
