Goal

How creator of journal can see the journal approval detail when the approval is sent by another user?

Business case:
The journal is submitted for approval when the journal posting job is executed by a different user. The journal creator cannot see the journal approval details but the user that launched the posting job as he is the one taken as submitter for approval can.
