Reporting Subledger Balances are not Translating Even Though Data is Loaded (Doc ID 2950013.1)

After the customer environment was updated to the latest version, it was observed that the balances for the Reporting bucket were not translating.

Data was confirmed loaded for the active Functional Currency via Data Management Workbench.
