Symptoms
When users are running the Print Min-Max Planning report, it is getting stuck with the status of 'Retrying' and users are not able to generate the report.
ERROR

Failure: Due to oracle.xdo.server.ReportException: oracle.xdo.servlet.CreateException: java.lang.SecurityException: Security violation: /Supply Chain Management/Warehouse Operations/Inventory/Min-MaxPlanningReport.xdo, user: xyz123@notarealemail.com, permission: 16578
Note: You will see this error message on the Print Min Max Planning Report error log.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run the Print Min Max Planning Report from the Scheduled Processes Menu.
2. Job remains in retrying state until it errors out after 5 retry attempts

Due to this issue, users cannot run the Print Min Max Planning process.
