ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When accessing the 'Edit Position' or 'Create New Child Position' through the 'Workforce Modeling' UI, the classic UI version of the page shows.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Responsive UI should show as it is the
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. My Client Groups -> Workforce Modeling -> Model -> Edit Position/Create New Child Position
2. Classic UI appears instead of Responsive UI.
