Performance Slowness and "504 Error" Received While Performing 'Project Creation Without Preview' Tasks (Doc ID 2950050.1)

Symptoms

When performing the 'Project Creation without Preview' action/task, application performance is slow and the following error is received.

504 Error

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log in to Unifier.
  2. Navigate to Project_XYZ > Tasks > BP_Project Creation > within the log, searched for records with 'Status' = Pending.
  3. Select all the 'Pending' records and click Actions > Action without Preview.
  4. Observe that the system takes longer than expected and eventually displays the 504 Error.
