STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Run the RDE_EXTRACT_RESA_SALE_XTERN_RDWT_JOB
2. Notice that it fails with "ORA-20001: Code: -12899, Message: rde_extern_sales_extract:pr_ins_xtern_rdwt ORA-12899: value too large for column "RABE01USER"."XTERN_RDWT"."RECEIPT_IND" (actual: 28, maximum: 1)"
