Symptoms

Problem:

After enabling Time to Hire and the other matching AI Features there is still no data showing up in Time to Hire, although the matching AI features are populating correctly.

Steps:

1. Navigate to a requisition
2. In the Time to Hire section, all requisitions display "There is nothing here so far. We couldn't provide an estimate for a requisition with these attributes"
