Symptoms

After following the steps available to configure the integration between B2B (Service logistics enabled) and OFS, the following error is presented in the OFS GUI:

Navigation: Manage Order Integration page>ORA_WO_INT_OSFC

“Unable to connect to Oracle Field Service from Oracle B2B Service. Please verify the connectivity with Oracle B2B application. Contact support if problem persists.”

Changes

1.Customer created Work Order Types manually on B2B Service
2. Then ran automated process in the OFS GUI, but now getting errors on page where WO Type and Display Order does not save, values get cleared
