The following event may occur in the OCI Events Service when the Autonomous Database is intentionally stopped, such as by manual operation.

eventType: com.oraclecloud.databaseservice.autonomous.database.critical

eventName: DatabaseDownBegin / DatabaseDownEnd

For example, if a rule to detect the above event is set in the Event Service, the configured action may be taken.
