Fusion Global Payroll: Element Entry Is Not Visible in UI Anymore After Was Created, nor in Reports (Doc ID 2950590.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR  
---------------
When attempting to navigate to Element Entries page for the employee, element entry is not visible anymore after was created.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The element entry should be visible in UI.

Element entry was added with following details: Effective Start Date: 01.01.2023; Effective End Date: 31.12.2023; Element Name: Assignment Allowance
Input Value: 1368
PID: 123456

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Add element entry: Global Search Bar > 123456 > Element Entries > Effective Date 01.01.2023 > Added Assignment Allowance
2. End date element entry: Global Search Bar > 123456 > Element Entries > Effective Date 31.12.2023 > Click on Element Type Assignment Allowance > Click Edit > End Date > Continue
3. Go back to the Element Entries page, element entry is no longer visible in UI.
