SOCS - Navigation Bar/application Overlap

Symptoms
After initial log in into SOCS mobile application, android navigation bar is overlapping with application screen.
Tapping or swiping is not making bar to go away, only pressing home screen (to go out of the application), and then opening the application again (by clicking on app icon) is making bar smaller.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Click on Oracle SOCS application icon
2. Enter log in Credentials
3. After user is logged in, bottom navigation bar is overlapping store id
4. Click Home button in bottom navigation bar
5. Click on Oracle SOCS application icon
6. Bottom navigation bar is not overlapping the store id
Observe information about the store to which user is logged in is not clearly visible, in screens (...) three dots are also not clearly visible, Log Out button also.
