Performance Slowness Observed While clicking the +Add Button to Load the Workspaces Tab Within User-Defined Reports (Doc ID 2950701.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR:

Performance slowness observed on clicking the +Add button to load the Workspaces Tab within User-Defined Reports (UDR). This behavior is observed using Chrome and/or Edge.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR:

On clicking +Add button on the Workspaces Tab of the UDR, the 'Available Workspaces' and 'Selected Workspaces' should load data within a few seconds.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log in to Unifier.
  2. Navigate to Company Workspace > Reports > User-Defined Reports >  'UDR_Report_XYZ' > Edit > Workspaces tab > +Add button.
  3. Observe that it takes more than a few seconds to load the data for 'Available Workspaces' and 'Selected Workspaces'.
