Symptoms
On : 11.13.23.01.0 version, Accounts, Contacts, Households
When attempting to run the scheduled process 'Synchronize CRM Search Indexes' it gets stuck in a Retrying status and eventually fails with an error.
The following error is seen for the request ID
ERROR

ESS-02001 User <username> does not have execute permission on metadata object oracle.apps.ess.crmCommon.JobDefinition.SynchSearchContextIndexJob. Request 12345678 execution is aborted
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Submit the scheduled process
2. Process is in a retrying status and fails with error
