When adding a location to the Item Supplier Country Location screen in the MFCS UI

Tasks > Items > Manage Items > Edit Item > More Actions > Suppliers > Countries Of Sourcing > Actions > Locations > Add > *Enter Location* > OK

The Location does not appear in the list
