Symptoms
On : 22.1 version, Merch - Items, Non-productive environment
When clicking on the Add button on the Item Supp Country Location screen, MFCS throws an ADF Server Exception.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Edit an existing approved item.
2. Navigate to Item > Suppliers > Country of Sourcing > Locations
3. Click on the "+" sign from the toolbar or click on the Add button from the Actions menu.
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot get item_supp_country_loc details getting created.
