Error when updating performance measure.

ERROR
JBO-29115 Unable to construct the error message due to error java.lang.illegalArgumentException: can't parse argument number: MEASURE_NAME. Use the exception stack trace and error code to investigate the root cause of this exception. Root cause error code is JBO-CN:::CN_CPSTP_PT_INDV_CRDT_CATG_E. Error message parameters are {0=PlanComponentFormulasEO, 1=oracle.jbo.Key[300015660649817], 2=validateMeasurePerfCategory}




STEPS
1. On the existing performance measure , create 4 new credit categories.
2. APPLY 1 credit categories to the performance measure.
2. DELETE the other credit categories on this performance measure.
3. Rename the performance measure
4. SAVE and get the error
