Your OTMGTM production environment was migrated to GEN2 infrastructure and My Services was upgraded to IDCS or IAM.

However some of the users are still receiving password expiration emails from My Services because the GEN1 environment has not yet been decommissioned.

How can you remove multiple users in a single go from My Services GEN1?
