Redwood "Advanced Create And Edit Page Template" Not Available In Component List (Doc ID 2951331.1)

Goal

When configuring a Redwood create page in Visual Builder for a custom object the instructions mentions to filter on "Advanced Create and Edit Page Template" in the Page Designer component list and drag onto the page. However the "Advanced Create and Edit Page Template" is not listed. As an example the 'Adaptive List and Search' component is shown in the Page Designer component list:

 

 

It is noticed that the  "Advanced Create and Edit Page Template" is not visible under the components tab under Page Designer. However the component is installed at the app level:
