Unable to find Regular Price change and Clearance files in outgoing directory
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Create Price change and clearances effective next day.
2. Run the batch RPM_PRICE_CHANGE_PUBLISH_JOB and RPM_CLEARANCE_PUBLISH_JOB today before effective date in standalone in POM.
3. Check the outgoing directory of oracle for REGPC* and CLRPC* files.
