IDCS User Auto Synchronization is not Working While Updating OTM User Details

Symptoms
IDCS user is getting created automatically when a new user is created in OTM after configuring IDCS user auto synchronization.
However, any update on OTM user attributes like first name, last name or email address is not reflected in the cloud user account(IDCS)
