Symptoms

OAC Gen1 instance upgraded to Gen2 successfully. Allowlists updated with new IP address and new Gateway IP address of Gen 2 instance. OAC and ADW both reside in same datacenter.

Existing DV connection and creation of new connection to ADW from OAC fails with following error:

Connection Not Valid
Listener refused the connection with the following error: ORA-12529, TNS:connect request rejected based on current filtering rules
