Location/Subinventory Transfer Does not Work With Fusion Integration When Locating It To a Previous Location (Doc ID 2951481.1)

Goal

When using the out of the box integration for WMS-Fusion, sometimes locating an LPN does not integrate to Fusion. 

This happens when The LPN is located a location it was previously located. For example, If the LPN is in Locaiton1 then located to Location2 and then back to Location1. In this example, when locating it back to Location1 does not integrate to Fusion.
