Notifications Per Schedule (Doc ID 2951702.1)

Symptoms

Given the notifications are shared across all the schedules, any user email that is setup will receive the notifications for schedules that may not be related to their business usage.
For example, having MERCH and RI notifications for a user may be relevant, but for other user may only be relevant to receive the MERCH ones, not the RI.
