ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Redwood UI : Employment Info -> Historical Changes
Behavior: Clicking on the blue links for each of the changes does not proceed to the Historical Details page.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Page should route to the Employment History page as it did previously in the Responsive UI.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. My Client Groups -> Employment Info(Redwood UI)
2. Click on the links under the Historical Changes region
3. Links do not lead anywhere.
