Goal

Outage is scheduled for RICS on-premises components (RIB-RWMS and RIB-RWMS2).

Inform the Oracle cloud operations team regarding patching activity on the customer-end.

No action is required from Oracle except that cloud operations should ignore any related alerts (e.g. messages waiting/stuck) during the outage time frame.
