Symptoms

Opens for Email Campaigns are not tracked and populated in Reports

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

1. Login to Responsys UI
2. Go to Campaigns >> Manage Campaigns>> Select Email Campaign 
3. Validate and Launch Campaign
4. Emails are sent and end user opened email 
5. Click on Live Report from Campaign Performance Metrics Dashboard
