Symptoms
On Oracle Fusion Tax: 11.13.23.04.0 version, Receivables
When attempting to import invoices via Autoinvoice process and partner tax calculation is enabled,
the following error occurs.
ERROR

User XXXXX is missing the Tax Manager role for Partner Tax Calculation.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Tools > Scheduled Processes > Schedule New Process
2. Search for process: Import Autoinvoice > Enter the required parameters > Submit.
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot import invoices without seeded Tax Manager Role.
