Symptoms
Container Instances getting deleted on their own if a stop request is interrupted.
If a user issues a stop request on a Container Instance, but before it is being completed, it is stopped, then we may encounter an issue where a delete request is triggered and deletes the Container Instance without any notice.
Changes
There is a bug in the Container Instance service logic when calculating automatic clean up of containers.
